Our Padlocks
Nine padlock families in 42 sizes, from 20 to 90 mm. These four are what we build most — laminated steel, weatherproof, disc and solid body — keyed different or keyed alike, with up to 3,000+ key differs, mixed by carton, so no two locks in a carton share a key.

Weatherproof Laminated Padlocks
Rubber-jacketed body, covered keyway, built-in drainage. Salt-spray tested.

Brass cylinder, shrouded shackle, 60 to 90 mm. Made for storage doors and gates.

Production Process
Seven Steps, All Under Our Own Roof
Every stage from steel coil to sealed carton runs on equipment we own and operators we employ. Nothing leaves the site mid-process.
Step 01
Stamping
Steel coil blanked into lock plates on automatic presses.
Step 02
Laminating
Plates stacked to size, aligned and pressed into a solid body.
Step 03
Riveting
Machine-set rivets at fixed pressure — not hand-hammered.
Step 04
Key Cutting
Cylinders pinned and keys cut against the assigned key differ.
Step 05
Assembly
Shackle, cylinder and body brought together on the line.
Step 06
Testing
Pull, torque, cycle and salt-spray checks with logged results.
Step 07
Packing
Blister, box or bulk, barcoded and cartoned for export.

Lock Body & Shackle
16 sizes from 20 to 90 mm. Laminated steel, brass, stainless or zinc. Long or short shackle, custom body shape with tooling.
Keys & Keying
Over 3,000 key differs available, deliberately mixed so no one key opens two locks in the same carton. Brass or steel keys, 4 or 5 pin cylinders, extra keys cut to order.
Finish & Branding
Plating and color matched to your brand. Your logo raised, laser marked or printed — on the body, shackle or key head.
Packaging & Retail Labels
Blister cards, printed boxes, multi-packs or bulk. UPC barcodes, Prop 65 labels and FBA-ready cartons.

Three factories — one in Pujiang, China and two in Bangladesh — turn out 64 million padlocks a year on automated lines we own end to end.
